This quick salad combines ingredients most of us have in our pantries and refrigerators. It serves well as both a side dish and a dessert. Requiring only a few minutes of preparation time, you’ll turn to this one over and over again.


1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
I can chunk pineapple, drained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup mini-marsh mellows
1 cup sour cream (or Cool Whip)


Drain canned fruit. Gently mix all ingredients in a serving bowl. Refrigerate and serve.
