Recipes – Buffalo Chicken “Wings” (two ingredients, really)

Buffalo Chicken

Okay, so they’re not wings. I just find chicken wings to be more skin and bone than chicken. So, chicken thighs for me!

This easy recipe fits the bill for casual dinners with friends and family. Add your favorite side dish and you’ll hear nothing but kudos for this one. I serve this recipe with blue cheese dressing.

8-10 chicken thighs, skin removed
2 packages McCormick Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of seasoning packs in a resealable plastic bag or medium bowl. Coat each piece of chicken and place in a 13″ x’ 9″ baking pan. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes and turn off oven. Remove foil. Let chicken remain in oven for 10 more minutes and then serve.

You can have this recipe in the oven in under 5 minutes, and it only uses one pan if you coat the chicken in a plastic bag. Wow! That’s a lot of time saved in prep and cleanup.
