This make-ahead salad is easy to prepare and goes well with any meal.


1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
10 ounce package frozen peas, defrosted
2 cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise (more if needed)


The day before serving, mix all ingredients together. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
