This is a great recipe for a simple lunch dish or for a vegetable casserole side dish.


32 ounce package of frozen cauliflower florets
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup toasted almond slices


Steam your cauliflower until tender; drain. Mix cauliflower, sour cream, and half of cheese in a large bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Toss toasted almond slices evenly on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.
