Here is a delicious time-saving dinner recipe with minimal fuss. I like to serve it with a green salad.


1 1/2 pounds beef, cubed
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
4 ounce can mushroom pieces, drained
1 cup sour cream


Place beef cubes in slow cooker. Add cream of mushroom soup and mushroom pieces. Cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in sour cream before serving. Season to taste.

Traditionally, this recipe is served over noodles.
