This easy recipe makes a delicious tender steak dish that goes well with rice.


2 1/2 – 3 pounds round steak, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine, any you would drink


Place steaks in slow cooker. Top with onions, peppers, cream of mushroom soup, and red wine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Season to taste.
