This easy recipe serves well as a main course or a side dish.


5-6 large potatoes, sliced
8-12 ounces ham, diced
1 small onion, chopped
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated


Oil bottom of slow cooker. Layer potatoes, ham, and onion. Top with soup and cover. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
