This easy recipe makes a great weekend dish. Serve it with cornbread and rice.
2 (15 ounce) cans of chili with beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed, cubed
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix chili, onions, and chicken in a medium bowl. Pour into slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Top with cheese before serving.
Optional ingredients: 1 can green chilies
