This simple recipe is great for gatherings of family and friends. The nice thing is that you can serve it right from the crock of your slow cooker.


1 pound Velveeta cheese or similar product, cubed
1 can chili, no beans
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, drained and diced

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
