Serve this hearty rich soup topped with croutons for a special touch.

Ingredients:

2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup milk
1 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Season to taste.
