This easy-to-prepare recipe makes a great weekend dinner for family and friends. The ribs go well with a cold salad such as cole slaw.

Ingredients:

4 pounds country-style pork ribs
2 large onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:

Place ribs in bottom of slow cooker. Add onions, garlic, and BBQ sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
