Recipes – Double Duty Bacon Cheese Dip (four ingredients)

This is a great recipe for a special party dip, but it also serves as a delicious topping on baked potatoes. The combination of bacon and cheese flavors makes it a winner every time you serve it.

Ingredients:

16 ounces softened cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
1 pound bacon, fried and chopped
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and sour cream; beat until smooth. Stir in chopped bacon and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Pour into slow cooker and top with remaining cup of cheese. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours.

If used as a dip, serve with large corn chips and fresh vegetables.
