This recipe makes a delicious frozen salad that goes well with the Cranberry Orange Turkey Breast. You can pour the ingredients into a mold pan and remove the salad ahead of serving if you like. This is a great holiday recipe as well, especially since it is so simple to make at a time when minutes are precious.
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 small can (8 3/4 ounces) of crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour into a mold or other freezer safe pan and freeze. Remove from freezer before serving and transfer to a serving plate.
